About Us
The Matt Urban Human Services Center (MUC) is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit located on Buffalo’s East Side with a mission to provide compassionate and comprehensive support to Western New York’s most vulnerable populations by addressing the critical issues of poverty, homelessness, mental illness, and substance use disorders. Formerly known as The Polish Community Center of Buffalo, Inc., we continue to serve our community as the Matt Urban Human Services Center of WNY.

Administration
Administrative offices of the Matt Urban Human Services Center of W.N.Y. are located at our headquarters at 1081 Broadway in the heart of Buffalo’s Broadway Fillmore Neighborhood.
